A NEW approach to modern living is under way with the recent introduction of The Palisades by Meve at Beeliar.
The house-and-land package develop-ment of contemporary houses has been designed by Don Russell Homes to reflect today’s modern lifestyle, while at the same time placing an emphasis on easy living and privacy.
Development director Phil Stannard said the project offered a choice of four designs.
“The Palisades is attractive to people looking to purchase in a small, quality two-storey housing development on an easy-care lot,” Mr Stannard said.
Each floor plan includes free-flowing dining, living and alfresco areas, well-appointed kitchens and bathrooms, a ground floor main bedroom suite and a first floor with two bedrooms, activity room and bathroom.
“Overseas families who have recently migrated to WA have shown a particular liking for The Palisades,” Mr Stannard said.

He said buying a package in The Palisades streamlined the purchase and pre-construction process as all approvals were already in place.
It also provided more flexibility to custom design internal fitouts and finishes while offering buyers considerable savings in stamp duty.
The Palisades packages range in price from $453,000 to $477,000. n
